Hotel Manager Resume
The number one concern and underlying mission for a hotel manager is
to ensure guest satisfaction. To demonstrate you can do this you must
prove your ability to oversee all aspects and departments of the hotel
to ensure effective and efficient operation.
Your experience must show that you are able to handle the fast paced environment
and stress that you will be placed under while keeping a cool head. Highlighting
your interpersonal skills is imperative from both a management perspective
of staff, external parties such as contractors and of course a diverse
range of clientele.
Even with a specific degree towards hotel management it is not a position
that you jump into immediately and some experience at lower levels is
important. In the hospitality industry the interpersonal and organizational
skills that are required can be developed at any level so a rundown of
all your experience will paint a favorable picture.
