Engineering Resume

Engineering is a broad area that spans over most industries and as an engineer you may have a long list of skills, experience and technical expertise. You should avoid however weighing your resume down with unnecessary ramblings and try and focus on the aspects of your expertise that your potential employer is seeking.

Show that you are able to work well part of a team for Engineers are often tackling a part of a project that can involve many other people. With experience, Engineers can oversea an entire project or give direction to other team members for a specific part of the project. It will work in your favor if you list some duties that you were solely responsible for or gave direction to fellow work colleagues and if you have were exploited to all aspects of the industry from the ground up.
