Customer Service Manager

Manages customer service crew and oversees daily operations of the division. Prepares work assignments. Reviews performance-related statistics and reports. Makes performance evaluations based on data, then develops means of improvement. Ensures highest possible quality of customer interaction. Helps determine qualified personnel and monitors customer satisfaction data. Must have strong leadership skills and must be able to motivate the customer service team and maintain calm and composure in any stressful situation. Must have a degree in business or working experience in a customer relations related industry.

Specific Tasks:

  • Supervises daily operations of the customer service division.
  • Assigns work assignments and shifts.
  • Prepares reports on performance and statistics.
