Call Centre Manager

Oversees daily operations of the call center and manages the respective groups in the division. Evaluates the overall performance of the administrative staff and their respective teams. Prepares performance reports, statistical analysis, and plans of action. Sets target goals for performance, quality, and efficiency. Contacts clients on a regular basis for updates. Must have working experience in a call center. Must also have experience in managing a team. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills.

Specific Tasks:

  • Serves as contact between call center and the client.
  • Oversees daily operations.
  • Takes responsibility for coaching and management of administrative staff.
