Sales Associate

Provides excellent customer service at all times. Creates inventories and helps customers find certain products. Works under a fast paced environment using excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attends regular training classes to increase knowledge on company programs. Participates in advertising and marketing campaigns that target existing customers. Performs other tasks requested by higher management.

Specific Tasks:

Attends weekly sales meetings
Interacts with the customers and helps them address their requests to the management
Assists in replenishing product stock, display merchandise and complete price changes
Answers customers' queries on products as well as the ongoing promos
Corresponds to customer requests and complaints
