Research and Development Manager

In charge of data-gathering programs and development activities that aid in the introduction of supplementary processes and products. Facilitates feasibility studies and marketing researches for potential products and services. Primary duties include determining areas for product improvement and recommending corresponding strategic solutions to maximize available resources. Oversees the operational, personnel, and financial aspects of the research and development department.

Specific Tasks:

Researching and compiling development data such as financial profiles, project reports, and business profiles.
Overseeing the appropriation of resources and determining short-term and/or long-term goals.
Developing strategic plans, executive reports, and statistical analysis of information.
