Claims Adjuster/Analyst

Chiefly tasked with investigating various claims made for damages. Knows how to distinguish a well-made scam and reports it immediately to the authorities. Process claims efficiently while completing all the required duties such as investigation, assessment and disposition. Keeps record of the claims including the supporting documents to determine the coverage of the client’'s insurance policy. This requires being able to keep a good customer relationship and should be able to stay in touch with the customers.

Specific Tasks:

Researching new methods to apply in investigating insurance claims
Interviewing claimants, police, witnesses, and service providers and inspects property damage
Writing reports and negotiates insurance settlements within authorized parameters
