Loan Officer

Finds potential customers who will make use of loans in their business or for personal requirements. Responsible for looking through the applicant's financial situation and determines whether the applicant can be granted a loan. Explains carefully the loan types (consumer, commercial or real estate) to the client and gives sound advice on payment methods based on the client's current financial status. Deals with customers' complaints and also keeps track of loan applications, where reports are made on delinquent accounts.
