Head Teller

Delegates and monitors specific tasks for tellers, making sure that they do their work in deposits and withdrawals made by clients. Trains the workers in the duties of a teller and motivates and engage them to do their best. Keeps track of the transactions of the bank to other institutions and makes sure that the bank has enough money supply. Deals with customer problems and is in charge of the security of the safe deposit and vault.

Investigates discrepancies on funding.
Efficiently processes every customer's transaction ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Ensures enough money supply for the bank's and some financial institution's demands.
