Administrative Assistant

Provides assistance in the management and administration of the company's general services including, but not limited to, procurement, security, communication, janitorial, office repairs and maintenance, and other related services. Provides support to immediate supervisor in monitoring the upkeep of office premises and equipment. Hence, maintains important documents -- contracts, licenses, permits, inventories -- that is significant to settle organizational issues.

Specific Tasks:

  • Prepares various documents and keeps track of the expiration and renewal of statutory requirements.
  • Builds meaningful business relationships with identified external and internal customers.
  • Monitors expiration of existing non-life insurance coverage and premium.
  • Receives documents/errands from employees and endorses them to messenger on duty for delivery or pick up.
